A Taste of Country.

A week of festivities surrounding the annual Harden Art group Art Show commencing 15th October 2005 through to Sunday 23rd, so come along to the Historic old Murrumburrah Court House during the week and perhaps find that painting you always wanted. Open Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm

Friday 21st the "Thorn" band will play for dancing at the Harden Country Club from 6pm for ages 12 to 18 yrs. Daytime : Saturday 22nd street stalls will be lining the main road Albury Street, plus street entertainment. And don't forget to visit the Art Show ! Evening: Saturday 22nd October a grand " Poet's Dinner " will be held in the Mechanics Hall Harden. Bush Poets will keep you amused between meal courses. Presented by Frank Daniel this is a great night not to be missed . The Garibaldi Bush Band will perform for your pleasure. Bookings are essential $30 a head for a 2 course meal, entertainment,and lucky door prize. Drinks available at the bar. Bookings close 1st October. The Harden Art Group meets every Monday from 11-30am for a few hours of relaxed painting classes. You are welcome to join us in the Murrumburrah Court House opposite Whichcraft We hold regular "workshops" our next one Saturday 17th September a lesson in Gouache and Watercolour with Ann Gilbert.
