Children's Week

We have designed a program to introduce and allow children from the whole community to join our physical fun week. It will allow children to be part of an active learning program and participate in a range of physical activities including cricket, soccer, gymnastics, yoga and healthy eating programs.

We will have during the week of the 24^th October (Children’s Week)

• Monday           11am – Healthy cooking and an invitation to try some of our healthy cooking at lunch 12.30pm
• Tuesday           10am – Healthy eating program with Harden Community Nurse – Vicky Fairfield Smith

11am – Kanga  Cricket with Anne Sharman

• Wednesday      11am – Gymnastics with Christine Kelly
• Thursday          11am – Soccer skills with Narelle White
• Yoga with Gabbi Chan – 2.30pm Mon, Tues, Wed & Thursday

These active groups will not only introduce some of the physical activities in the town but also demonstrate the fun and benefit of these activities in the life of a child.
