Council provides a wide and diverse range of important services. A significant amount of the funds required to provide and maintain these services comes from council rates.
Ratepayers receive an annual notice in July and quarterly rate notices posted to their nominated address in October, January and April. If your current postal address is different from the address shown on the rate notice, please use the Change of Address Form and submit it to Council by post, fax or email.

Council provides various payment methods to pay accounts including Rates, Water and Debtors. Payment of accounts may be made via the following methods:
Cheque payment by mail to PO Box 110 HARDEN NSW 2587
Rates and Water Accounts can be paid via Bpay. Contact your Bank, Building Society or Credit Union. The biller code and reference numbers can be found on your account. Please note the biller codes and reference numbers are different for Rates and Water accounts.
